The following is a selection of helpful resources available in the UK. There are a multitude of support available from various organisations and charities across the UK. Their availability may vary regionally.

If you or someone you know is in a mental health crisis and needs urgent help please:

  • Ring 999 to contact the emergency services
  • Go to your nearest A&E department

If it is not an emergency, but you still need help:

  • Ring 111 for professional health advice, 24/7, 365 days a year for advice on where to access appropriate help.
  • Make an appointment with your GP.
